The truth is any diet will help you to lose weight.

The inconvenient truth that the diet industry doesn’t want you to know, however, is that dieting to lose weight is the number one predictor of future weight gain!

The cycle goes something like this:
You go on a diet, you lose some weight, but it’s Friday night and you just had a miserable week, so you tell yourself that you deserve a glass of wine and some chips.

But you’ve been depriving yourself for so long you can’t stop at just a few chips, so you eat the entire bag.

You feel terrible about yourself, and the ensuing emotional tirade and negative self-abuse take you to a familiar place called Shitsville.

But since Shitsville is not a pleasant place to be you end up binging for a few days to get over how shitty you feel.

Yes. Menopause doesn’t prevent you from losing weight. The secret to losing weight during menopause is learning how to eat to balance your hormones. In the coaching videos section of the membership site, there is a special video on how to eat to balance your hormones naturally. You can also get specific help during our coaching calls.

It’s okay. I’ve done group coaching before and 80% of people can’t make all the coaching calls. You make the ones that you can and listen to the recording of those you can’t. You can also send me your questions or topics you would like discussed ahead of time. And don’t forget, you also have the Q & A sessions.

How well has tracking calories worked for you in the past? If you’re here, not very well I presume. Counting calories/points and restricting what you eat are never good long term weight loss strategies. Learning when to eat and when to stop eating (when you’ve had enough) are better long-term strategies. This is what The Conscious Eating Method will teach you.

The beautiful thing about Weight Loss Made Easy is that we focus on mastering just ONE habit at a time. Therefore, it doesn’t matter how busy you are because the focus will always be on making small changes to what you’re already doing.
