Many people struggle with how to eat the recommended 9-13 servings of fruits and vegetables each day. One way that my clients do it is to make a large salad each day with many different vegetables.
You can also make vegetables fun for the kids by using a spiralizer to cut your fruit and vegetables into many different shapes. There’s a greater chance that your kids will eat what you make if you get them involved with making it.
I like to include at least six different vegetables of different colors in my daily salad. I would also recommend trying some different vegetables that you normally don’t eat regularly.
